Welcome to Bomi Cleaning! By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
1. Services Offered
Bomi Cleaning provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services including:
Residential Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Office Cleaning
We use environmentally safe cleaning products whenever possible to protect your home, family, and the environment.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or text message.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with your appointment details. Please ensure that accurate contact and property information are provided to avoid scheduling delays or issues.
3. Payments
Payment is due within 48 hours after service completion.
An invoice and secure online payment link will be sent to your email and text message.
We accept credit/debit cards and Venmo only.
Failure to submit payment within 48 hours may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.\
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $40 fee, at Bomi Cleaning’s discretion.
Excessive last-minute cancellations may lead to future booking restrictions.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to access your home or office upon arrival, a $40 lockout fee may apply.
6. Liability and Damages
Bomi Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to any items or surfaces.
We will take before and after photos for first-time cleans and move-in/move-out services to document condition and quality.
In the rare event damage occurs during cleaning, it will be documented and reported to the client within 24 hours.
Clients must report any claims, concerns, or damages to Bomi Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Use of Photos and Media
Bomi Cleaning may take photos of areas before and after cleaning for quality assurance and marketing purposes, including use on social media, website, and advertising materials.
Photos will never include personal or identifying information (such as people, addresses, or personal items) without explicit permission.
By using our services, clients grant Bomi Cleaning permission to use such photos in promotional materials, unless they opt out in writing prior to service.
8. Safety and Right to Refuse Service
The safety and well-being of our team members is a top priority.
Bomi Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, biohazardous, or in otherwise unlivable conditions.
Examples include, but are not limited to: presence of bodily fluids, hazardous materials, extreme clutter, infestations, or aggressive animals.
If a service is refused for safety reasons, the client may still be responsible for a $40 cancellation fee.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will gladly return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
10. Health and Safety
For the safety of our team, please ensure the work area is free of hazards, pets are secured, and that no one in the home is sick at the time of service.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
11. Eco-Friendly Commitment
Bomi Cleaning proudly uses non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products to promote a healthier home and planet. Clients may request specific product use or avoidance at the time of booking.
12. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (including address, contact details, and payment information) is kept secure and will never be sold or shared. We only use your data for booking, communication, and payment processing purposes.
13. Changes to These Terms
Bomi Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
